Thank you for making an appointment to have your eye examination with us.

On your appointment day, please bring along the following items to ensure we can best look after your needs:

• any glasses you currently wear

• sunglasses

• contact lenses you are currently using

• list of medications currently taking

Some appointments, such as diabetic eye tests, require drops. These drops may affect your vision and it is recommended not to drive within 2 hours of your test. Alternatively, you may wish to have someone able to drive you home.
